The company’s board of directors is represented by the undersigned director.

What information do we collect about you?
We (the company) will collect information about you (by ‘you’ we mean you as a person or the organisation that you represent or any other person representing you or your organisation) when you make an enquiry with us or place an order with us for any service, the information we collect will usually comprise personal contact name, contact role / job title, organisation name, organisation address, email address and / or telephone contact number(s) and relevant information about your organisation and your requirements(s) that you provide to us to enable us to provide an adequate response to your enquiry or order.
We also collect information if / when you provide feedback and information that resides within documentation that we may receive from you / your organisation or that we provide to you in relation to the services we provide including my responses to your enquiries before and / or after any order is placed.
The web site service that we use is hosted by an external provider that retains, anonymously and therefore with no direct or indirect connection with, or record of, any person or organisation that accesses our web site, or data about our web site’s performance.
The email service that we use for business purposes is hosted by an external provider. Emails that we receive and those sent by us are held on servers maintained by that external provider. Occasionally, certain emails or items of information contained within them are copied onto to our own computer for future reference.
We may also occasionally use an alternative email service provided by a different external provider, primarily for non-business purposes but with occasional exceptions.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to enable us to communicate with you, to diarise and organise, to carry out and to administer the associated financial accounting, of the work that we do for you in an effective and efficient way, which usually requires the creation of, or the making of changes to, new or pre-existing documentation.
If we consider it appropriate, and if you agree, based on the information or feedback you provide, we will forward some or all of your information as necessary, to our colleagues who may become directly involved in any service we provided to you and who may, therefore, contact you direct or who you may contact direct e.g. most likely when your enquiry is about health and safety or another specialist topic beyond our in-house employees’ personal skill sets.
We will not share your information with any other person or organisation unless requested to do so by you or unless we have suggested it would be helpful to you for me to do so and you have given us permission to do so. Where you have given us such permission, you have a right at any time to stop us from contacting the person(s) or organisation(s) concerned.
If you agree, we may also email or telephone you or send hard copy information by Royal Mail post about information and / or other services I think will be of interest.
Marketing
We may want to send you information about our services which we think may be of interest to you.
If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
